We accept returns within 14 days after delivery.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be in original packaging
Non-Returnable Situations:
- Used or damaged items not caused by us
- Returns requested after 14 days
Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days and provide clear photos or videos as proof.
Once confirmed, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- A replacement item at no additional cost
- A full or partial refund
For low-value items, we may choose to issue a refund or replacement without requiring the item to be returned.
Return Shipping:
- For non-defective returns (e.g. change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
